Pasea por el barrio castizo de Chamberí, vete de compras a la famosa Calle Fuencarral y camina hasta el centro dando un bonito paseo. Tiene ascensor.

It is accessed directly from the street, on the ground floor, by a code that allows you to check in as flexible as you need. It has an area of 60 m², with high ceilings, in Chamberí next to the Moncloa exchanger.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
