Holiday houses in Galini

We really enjoyed our stay in Galini -it was just what we needed. The place is very serene and quiet. I loved waking up early in the morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. Dafni and her husband were very helpful and responded to my queries promptly. There is a nearby mini market and cafe. The peach and quince jam they gave us on our arrival was also my favorite! Thank you so much -you made our holiday a memorable one xx

My Mom and sister and I had an incredible stay! The place was beautifully decorated, and the view was gorgeous. We had our best sleeps so far at this home away from home! Naxos has so much to offer, and we hope to be back again to stay here one day :)

There was nothing left wanting at Katerina and Vagellis' rental. They have everything you possibly need and more! Laundry was a gods' send as we were in the middle of our trip and needed more clothes. Kitchen and bathroom are well very equipped, brand new, and spotless. The hot-tub spa added an extra bit of special - especially the night after climbing Mount Zas! Vagellis was extremely helpful and responsive with everything. Lastly, it is a perfect walk to the central town area/port (10-15 min) but far enough that you don't get the noise. Would certainly book again.

Wir hatten den schönsten Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schnell mit dem Auto vom Hafen aus zu erreichen. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert per Schlüsselbox und Mina, die Gastgeberin, war problemlos zu erreichen und hat uns viele Tipps für Naxos gegeben. Das Studio ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Tal von Melanes und einen Garten mit Orangenbäumen. Alles war absolut makellos sauber. Wir waren beide noch nie in so einem schönen Airbnb und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Ganz, ganz große Empfehlung!

Panagiota's home is very attractive and with a lot of character. Very nicely decorated. His home is located in a beautiful, small village. We took a lot of photos of the village and nearby surroundings. We met some of his neighbours and they seemed kind. Although it is a small village, there are 3 restaurants there and we ate at each one at least twice. We did not have a meal that we did not enjoy. One of the restaurants also has a mini market attached. Supermarkets are located in nearby villages. If you wish to eat at Panagiota' s home, the kitchen is fully equipped. At the end of every afternoon, we had cocktails on the front porch overlooking their flowers, plants and a huge tree. Wonderful and so very quiet. In conclusion, we have no hesitation in recommending Panagiota's home to anyone.

Evangelia's Palatiana property was the perfect place to experience the countryside in Naxos during our trip to Greece. The room was spacious and spotless, and had ample room for our family of four (including a babycot). The property itself is stunning - beautiful landscaping and spacious but quiet and private. Our 3 year old was in heaven - she spent hours discovering little lizards, different flowers, a cat or two that wandered through, and listening to the cicadas or occasional donkey on a neighbouring property. The breakfast and snacks were incredible - best breakfast easily during our 6 weeks in Greece. Evangelia is lovely as well, and gave us a recommendation for an excellent restaurant in the town of Galini a short walk away.

Wonderful location with fresh lime trees, pomegranates and pears. Close enough to Hora for easy exploration without the hubbub. Historical orchard with beautiful quiet, glorious night time walks and a resident long eared owl! Beautiful stay.

This was a perfect stay! Host is incredibly hospitable and we loved every aspect to the stay - he picked us up / dropped us off to the airport, as well as dropping off fresh fruit, eggs and baked goods to us during our stay. The house is clean, as described and very comfortable with excellent views of Galini! Galini is a great village however I would recommend booking a method of transport for the stay (like car or scooter) to get into the village and back as the buses are highly infrequent and do not operate in the weekends.
