Really 20 metres from the sea, nice apartament with small kitchen and living with sofa, 2 double room 1 toilet; there is one terrace too, totally private where you cha enjoy your home momet: reading, having breakfast or dinner. On the terrace there's on shower too, also hot water, comfortable when you'll come back from the sea. I suggest my place from april to july to enjoy quiete on the beach and sea, beautiful sunset just in front the house, relax and nice moment with your kids or family. August is perfect for people that like having fun with beach parties and discos. Parking is private and available.

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition and wifi. The appartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
