Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. A beautiful home, with stunning views, in a super quiet setting. Certain is what I had read in some comment that there is some detail in the house with a lack of maintenance, but we have been so well, that you are forgotten. The only negative is that in one of the rooms there was no hot water in the shower and in commenting to Michele he told us that he already knew but now in August I could not find technicians to fix it; I'm sure as far as possible he will fix it. Michele is a super host, very attentive, responds to everything super fast and you have a house that is a paradise in the middle of spectacular nature and marvellous views. Thank you for everything Michele🤗

Communication with R&F is straightforward. You'll get answers soon. The apartment is really well located. The view from every room and even from the bathroom is a big plus. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. However, it is very spartan and does not invite you to linger. A little outdated. The apartment was very clean and smelled pleasant.

The apartment is superb - a large open-plan space in an excellent location near the beaches and close to the old town. Francesco was a great host - quick to reply to any questions, and clear instructions to check-in. Highly recommend.
