If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø . Car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the center at the door and a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is a carport for the van. Here is peace and quiet!
