This wonderful, newly remodeled apartment is a part of the historic Stiefel Theatre in downtown Salina. This beautiful apartment has big windows that look out over Santa Fe. You are right in the heart of downtown, all the restaurants, shops, are just minutes away. The loft has a bedroom that sleeps two and also a West Elm sleeper sofa that sleeps two in the living room. There is a private entrance off Santa Fe, a full kitchen with microwave, espresso and coffee maker, and washer and dryer.

The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
