I really enjoyed my stay in Filo's flat - looks exactly like the pictures, everything clean and well maintained. Even though it's close to two big roads it's not that noisy - but you still can get out of the area quickly, be it by Uber or Metro. I especially liked the balcony to read and enjoy the neighbourhood. Filo also was a really helpful host, setting me up with one of his friends for a trip to the new administrative capital. So I could still learn something new from him, even though I know Cairo quite well.

Very clean place. Everything you need in the apartment. Good wifi connection. Great place to stay for few days. Hesham is a great host. It is a perfect place for somebody who has a car for shopping and dining.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! First of all, the location is amazing — it’s in a very quiet and clean area, which made it feel like a true getaway. The host, Peter, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful both before check-in and even after I checked out, which I really appreciated. The place itself is spotless, well-organized, and looks exactly like the photos. I also loved the thoughtful gesture of the complimentary snacks and water — it made me feel very welcome. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. I had a great time, the apartment is as pictured. It is close to the airport and not too far from the city center which is convenient for short stays. Big plus for the Xuru Stay team is very responsive if any issues come up. Please feel free to book. I recommend it 100%.

What to say except that Taha is the best host we've ever met! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with incredible kindness and availability. We booked at the last minute, and despite that, everything was absolutely perfect: an apartment of impeccable cleanliness, no speck of dust, everything was fine and consistent with the photos. But that's not all! The apartment is located in a super secure residence, absolutely quiet and ideally located, accessible to everything. This Airbnb is truly a 15/10. The host was truly amazing, and very helpful. I had lost my bag in the uber and I asked her to call the number uber provided, although she could not reach them but she still took the time to make that call and tried to get my item back. She’s answer all of your questions at a very timely manner and truly just very helpful. She goes out of her way to help you, you feel cared for. The place was very clean, no dirt in sight, the bathrooms, kitchen, rooms all were spectacular. The place is in new Cairo, in a gated community. It is also close to a mall that is 6 mins away where you can do your shopping and etc… I would book this place with no hesitations.

From initial booking the host was responsive, and answered any questions. I arrived late and the self checkin was convient, security even insured I found the correct apartment and was I able to let myself in. The apartment was pristine clean, everything was in working order. Very efficient AC, and a very quiet location. There apartmebt is actually larger 5hsn the pictures suggest anx well laid out. There are banks, and a small but well stocked shop. The location is 15 minutes from the airport 30 minutes from Central Cairo, and 40 minutes from Giza. Ubers are plentiful and cheap, though the traffic out of Cairo returning to the apartment can be congested depending on circumstances. I stay in many Airbnb's and Sameh's apartment is in my top 3, I would happily return on my next visit to Cairo.
