We had a truly wonderful stay at Alessandra’s villa in Stia. We were two families — 4 adults and 4 children — and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal: peaceful, surrounded by nature, and yet conveniently close to everything. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and radiates authentic Tuscan charm. Alessandra was incredibly kind and attentive, always available and generous — she even spoiled us with delicious homemade treats. The children were absolutely thrilled and didn’t want to leave. It’s also worth mentioning that photos simply don’t do the place justice — the beauty and atmosphere must be experienced in person. I would highly recommend staying here; it’s a truly unforgettable and heartwarming experience in the heart of Tuscany.

Wir wurden von Lavinia und Marco persönlich und sehr nett mit einem Korb mit Wein, Kaffee und Naschzeug, sowie Wasser und Sekt empfangen und überall herumgeführt. Der Garten ist sehr groß mit einem wundervollen Blick ins Tal. Es gibt riesige Bäume, sodass man immer im Schatten ist. Auch das Haus hat uns begeistert. Es ist wunderschön mit sehr großen Räumen und tollen Kasettendecken. Marco kam auch mal vorbei und hat uns die uralte Zisterne gezeigt, die unter dem Garten angelegt ist. Er war auch sehr hilfreich als sich unser Hund davon geschlichen hat, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Sein Vater kam auch einmal und hat uns Erdbeeren gebracht. In der Nähe gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, vor allem Rossobirra ist zu empfehlen. Dienstags ist Markttag bis 13 Uhr im unteren Teil von Poppi, und das Café gleich neben der Unterkunft ist immer ein Besuch wert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Amazing little town, we made a stop on our way to Bari from Milan to split the distance and we did not regret it! The house is beautiful and very well designed, decorated with high aesthetics. It’s perfectly located in the old town although getting in and out with the car and the luggage was a challenge due to several works on the road where you need to deviate and then you just get stuck in the town’s small roads. The food recommendations were top notch and we would definitely consider revisiting. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, Alessandro provided us with a fan but in hot days if you are heat-sensitive as we are you might find it difficult to sleep well! Overall the experience was so good that we actually enjoyed it!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

L'alloggio è in posizione comoda per raggiungere facilmente la diga di Ridracoli. La casa è comoda per 4 persone e ha tutto ciò che serve. Andrea è un host attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti ed è sempre stato disponibile, dalla prenotazione alla fine del soggiorno.

This has been the highlight of our three week trip so far. We have had an incredible journey and stayed in very beautiful places BUT- this is the most incredibly beautifully restored old Centro home that we have ever had the pleasure to experience. The most tasteful restoration and comes with Stefano who has passionately made this place classy and authentic. Stefano is the most genuinely friendly and welcoming host. Nothing is too much to ask. He is jovial and great fun. We had the most amazing experience on our last night. Stefano came downstairs and gave us a phenomenal cooking experience! We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Your heart and soul is made of pure gold Stefano. We hope to return to your generous hospitality. Thank and Ciao our friend

Our stay at Valentin’s incredible apartment on Ponte Vecchio was beyond amazing! The home outshined the photos, with a modern aesthetic and a premium luxury resort feel, making it both stylish and supremely comfortable. Valentin was an exceptional host, personally greeting us with refreshing Italian limonatas, water, and even providing Nespresso coffee for our mornings. He shared a detailed guide with fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations for Florence and was always quick to respond, even arranging a taxi for us. We highly recommend this extraordinary place for an unforgettable Florence experience!
