Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gamla staden, Malmö

Beautiful, clean and cosy house in peaceful surroundings. Easy access to the station with direct and frequent trains to the centre of Copenhagen. Local, well-stocked supermarket less than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Für alle, die eine ruhige Lage und den unbeeinflussten Blick aufs Meer schätzen, ist das perfekt. Das Haus ist bestens für 4 Personen geeignet, die miteinander unterwegs sind, weil sie auch gemeinsam das Haus beleben möchten. Wir haben es sehr genossen, morgens mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken, am Nachmittag mit Blick aufs Meer zu ruhen und am Abend mit Blick aufs Meer einen Rotwein zu trinken.

Vi nød 3 gode dage hos Pål. Stedet er dejligt og rent - kunne helt sikkert godt finde på at komme igen. Anbefaling herfra :-)

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le quartier est très calme. Le bord de mer est à 3 min en vélo en traversant le golf de Flommen. Tous les chemins cyclables à proximité pour se rendre à Falsterbo et surtout à Skanör en 15 min. La maison est super lumineuse, très agréable à vivre. Parfait.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend, nur wenige Gehminuten zu einem sehr schönen weißen Sandstrand. Im Ort finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt. Höllviken eigenet sich gut als Startpunkt für Trips nach Falsterbo, Malmö, Lund und viele andere Orte. Bertil ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Er hat auch extra ein Babybett und Babystuhl organisiert- das war toll. Die Unterkunft bietet viele Schränke, um das Gepäck gut zu verstauen. Das Bett und Schlafsofa mit extra Matratze sind sehr bequem. Die Küche war klein, aber hatte alles was man braucht und was sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Der grosse Tisch war klasse. Das Bad hatte eine grosse Dusche und sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Absolutely beautiful home! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway tucked between horse farms and nestled next to a pond this is the place. Our family enjoyed this space so much, it’s like a breath of fresh air!

Beste Karin, Wat hebben wij het fantastisch gehad. Een huis om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Dit is het mooiste verblijf, tot nu toe, dat wij hebben gehad. Ruim, alles aanwezig, stil, een heerlijke tuin, en een fantastische host. Als we meer tijd hadden gehad dan hadden we zeker langer willen blijven. Komen wij weer in zuid zweden dan maken we graag weer gebruik van jouw vakantiewoning. TOP

Poul and Dia’s lovely property is a real gem of a find amongst the listings for Copenhagen. Dia met us well into the evening as our flight had been a bit delayed and showed us around the property, explaining various things. The apartment is actually normally lived in by Poul and Dia, so it was a real privilege to be “loaned” the use for our long weekend. Beautiful bright decoration in an airy string of rooms, famed Danish lighting and walls adorned with artwork all add to the comfortable furniture throughout. This provides a real flavour of living a life in the city which is worth the choice alone but the family’s beautiful Royal Copenhagen china tops it off. Outside the apartment is set at the edge of a lovely square with plenty of eateries providing a great atmosphere throughout the day and set in the old city, all of the attractions are a short walk away. Any couple looking for the perfect listing to rent in Copenhagen shouldn’t look much further than Poul and Dia’s apartment.

Location confortable, très agréable, au calme dans maison typique. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Lit confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Proximité transport en commun. Boulangerie et supérette à 150 mètres.

Beautiful accommodation in a nice area. House was very clean and provided a nice base whilst we explored the city. We have a young family and Kim accommodated a late request to stay which was appreciated. Access to the accommodation is not convenient for a young family, with the accommodation not having any lift access. Some of the decoration in the apartment may not be suitable for families either.

Located in a quite newly built neighborhood, steps away from the seaside. Spacious bathroom but would be nicer if a bath mat and hair dryer were provided. A bit further from town center so better drive on your own. Otherwise all good.

This apartment was really comfortable for us during our 4 nights stay. Asger was a great host and everything went smooth. I highly recommend this place.

Das Apartment war wirklich super schön! Wir haben sofort wohl gefühlt! Die Küche ist super modern, das Badezimmer wunderschön und die Einrichtung sehr schick. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Man kommt zu Fuß überall hin, vir der Tür hat man tolle Restaurants und ab und zu live Musik durch Straßenkünstler. Es gab zwei drei Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung die Verbesserung bedarf haben, das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten und absolut nicht dramatisch. Daher teilen wir das mit den Inhabern per Nachricht. Wir können das Apartment mehr als empfehlen!!!

Anne Marie was a lovely host, her apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location to explore Copenhagen. Very quiet but still in the city center. She and her husband are incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We've stayed in many places with AirBNB around the world, but this one is right up towards the top of our list. so quiet and peaceful and had everywhere needed right at hand. Walkable from the airport too. Aleksander is a wonderful host, extremely flexible and welcoming! Really felt like home from home and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Copenhagen. Highly recommended and worthy of it's rating.

We had a lovely week at Natalie’s beautiful home. House was perfect for an adult only or family with kids stay. Lots id toys to keep kids engaged. Playground and bus stop a couple of minutes walk, supermarket and harbour, with beautiful beach and buzzy restaurants, a very short drive. Lovely, responsive and friendly hosts. Would highly recommend😊

Hello Thomas, Thank you for hosting us in such a beautiful and wonderful place. All of my friends had a fantastic time, and it was the perfect, relaxing short Easter getaway. Wir haben schöne Fahrradtouren gemacht. Kleine Wanderungen im Naturschutzgebiet. Ausflüge nach Malmö und Landskrona. Besonders hat uns auch der große schön gepflegte Garten gefallen. Wir haben hier schön entspannen können. Ein kleines Manko ist das Grundgeräusch der nahen Autobahn, aber nach einiger Zeit hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Insgesamt hat es uns in der Holzvilla sehr gut gefallen

Probably the most wonderful hosts we have come across on Air BnB yet. Kim and Lone were absolutely fantastic to deal with. The house was clean, beautiful and well maintained. Free parking is available as the premises so getting to the central was just 20 mins by car. The house has all the kitchen equipment you possibly need and Kim and Lone have been extremely flexible in allowing us to check in a few hours early as we had an early flight. I not just met the most wonderful hosts but have made friends for life. We will visit this property again and will highly recommend this place to those planning to stay around copenhagen.

We stayed in this beautiful house for Easter weekend and had a wonderful time. It is super convenient for walks in the National Park, close to a well-stocked supermarket and a fantastic restaurant which we went to in order to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything was just as described, the kitchen well stocked with what we needed to cook and the beds comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more!

The Blue House was a great for 7 adults and a 6 year old. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. We enjoyed sunny mornings on the deck looking at the sea, beach combing, and relaxing in the sauna. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Photos of the living areas did not do them justice. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking family meals and baking. We appreciated the communication and a late checkout was really helpful. We would return.

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende in der Villa – einfach eine rundum tolle Unterkunft! Das Haus war super gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Auch die Lage etwas außerhalb von Kopenhagen hat uns richtig gut gefallen – eine ruhige, schöne Gegend mit sehr angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich gut: schnelle Antworten, eine super freundliche Kommunikation und ein völlig unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sogar wegen eines kleinen Details (ein fehlender Wäschetab) nochmal freundlich nachgefragt wurde, ob wir dafür eine Entschädigung möchten – eine Geste, die wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, auch wenn wir sie nicht angenommen haben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

Vi har bott i det här huset flera gånger nu, och det gör oss aldrig besvikna. Huset är alltid rent, bekvämt och perfekt för våra jobbresor – men det känns ändå som en avkopplande semester. Den här gången gick Annica ett steg längre och bakade till och med en paj till oss (som var otroligt god!). Hon är otroligt vänlig och välkomnande, och det är just den personliga touchen från Annica som gör att vi alltid vill komma tillbaka. Kan varmt rekommendera det här stället, oavsett om du reser i jobbet eller för nöjes skull. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka igen!
