Log cabin with lake view

The log cabin is located in the countryside of the village of Löa. The cabin has no electricity or running water so here you cook in the wood stove, get water in the pump and get to use the toilet, just like it was before. If it's too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Gasoline powered fridge to store food in. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safaris with the cabin owner as guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft to rent.

Welcome to Löa and Hyttnäs Gård! A cozy accommodation in our converted barn and barn apartment, just enough for 2-4 persons. Löa is a small village in Bergslagen, which offers beautiful environment and the nature around the corner. Water, swimming and fishing are located about 1 km from the apartment. The forest is located directly outside. Marked hiking trails are available for both big and small. Playground for the kids is available at the nearby village school. Grocery shopping is about 1 mile away.

Ett unikt och vackert boende utan insyn precis nere vid sjön, omgärdat av strålande vacker natur. En stor altan leder ner till egen brygga. Roddbåt och kanot ingår. I stugan finns en utfällbar bäddsoffa (2 personer), en sovalkov med våningssäng (den undre en dubbelsäng), matgrupp och litet kök. Diskbänk och dusch (varmvatten) på altanen och dass i separat bod. TV och WiFi finns. Diskmedel, duschtvål och toapapper ingår för 1-2 dagar. Lakan, handdukar och slutstädning ingår inte, men kan hyras.

Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Herbre in natural farm environment

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Private house in Löa/Bergslagen - boat available to rent

Visit the village of Löa in Bergslagen. The house is located on our farm, close to our house, with access to its own part of the garden and patio. On the farm live free range chickens, cats and dogs. The house will be at your disposal from 4pm and left cleaned by 11am. If final cleaning is desired, this is ordered when booking at a cost of SEK 1200. The house has 8 beds and is equipped for self-catering. You bring your own bed linen, towels and other consumables.
