In the house there is a large equipped kitchen with wood stove, Community Room/Bedroom with 4 beds and tile stove. Glazed veranda. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The property is close to nature and Dellensjöarna, about 4 km from the city center where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park etc. Approximately 3 mil to järvsöbacken and hazela ski resort. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way.
