Very clean and great place to stay.  Like home ,had a lovely time and definitely will book again every time we visit Srilanka/ Wattala.

Friendly and Responsive Host! I always received a responsive back quickly whenever I had an inquiry. Check in and check out was extremely easy with clear instructions. Had a great and relaxed time at this wonderful clean apartment. The area is nice and quiet and the Apartment is safe with a gate and 24/7 security. Gym is wonderful with new equipment + very clean building. There are restaurants close by and Uber available :)

Had an amazing stay at Kasun's place in Colombo - fantastic place, fantastic location and a fantastic host! The apartment is ideally located for easy access to Lake Beira, many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes close by as well as great public transport options. The place felt like home and has amazing balcony and bedroom views of the Lotus Tower, I could have easily stayed there long-term. The unit itself has everything you need and the facilities in the building are excellent including an amazing infinity pool and lap pool, gym and mini market in the building. Kasun is an excellent host and very responsive! Staying here helped make my Sri Lankan holiday an amazing experience and would happily stay here again next time I come back to Colombo!

A very considerate host who met us very late at night to hand over the key, and had also bought some foodstuffs for our breakfast the next morning because of our late arrival. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was in a tranquil setting by the beach and also had a great swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

We love this place. Everything good. We like coconut trees in the estate. The caretaker Damayanthi and her children very helpful beyond our words. They explained everything about Sri Lanka. Everything as described in about this apartment Villa in the Airbnb listing. They allowed us to use upstairs without any additional charges. Caretakers are extremely helpful. That is the highlight of our stay

The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. The host was exceptional friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

I really love this apartment mainly because of these 3 reasons, the host, the apartment and the location. Charith was a very understanding and accomodating host as he prepared all the items in the apartment which I required. He was very responsive to all the messages that I sent him. Secondly, the apartment was equipped with all the important amenities which were required by a working expat like me. I felt that I was at home because I can cook, sleep well, watching movies, exercising in the gym and attend to my laundry. The apartment was located in a very strategic location in the Colombo city centre where there were 4 grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants, hospitals and also in the hub of the commercial area. One of the most memorable event that took place in this location was the grand celebration of Wesak, which there was stage performance, free distribution of food, snack and tea, elephant and Buddha statue parade & procession. If I come again to Colombo, I will stay here

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.
