This place is home in paradise. From the cleanliness, systematic checkin in checkout procedures to the hosts availability to help out is just commendable. The view from the stay? Oh boy! It’s to die for! I would recommend this Airbnb a 120%.

Wow. To wake up to the sunrise on one side of the apartment and then walk out to the living room and look over the ocean- magic. You are so high up and so close to the shore you feel like you're in a cruise ship! We have 2 boys, ages 7 and 11 and felt very safe letting them play by themselves outside with the secure guarded yard while we relaxed on our balcony of the 10th floor. There is also a pool and a rooftop patio on the 13th floor! The house has everything you need from seasonings and utensils to cook with and a dishwasher to a washer for your clothes, great internet, a/c in every room, and even a generator for the building when the typical Sri Lanka power outages happen. We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was such a great way to relax after a month exploring the country! The location is a bit away from shopping and attractions but there are tuk tuks always racing by and Mangala gave us numbers of trusted drivers and restaurants upon arrival. He was so kind and quick to respond whenever we had any issue. As a fulltime traveling family we have stayed in countless places in over 15 countries just in the past year, and this place is our favorite yet. 😍

I booked this for a few of my friends who came from Spain for vacation in SL. The place was great and had all the required ammentities and it was a pleasurable stay. We really enjoyed the place and the view was amazing. It was a great value for money and very worth it. Devindra was a great host and communicated with us when we required assistance. Overall a wonderful experience and a great host.

I stayed in few places during my visit to Sri Lanka and this was the best place out of all 3. The apartment was really beautiful and luxurious. Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back here

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Good place to stay , very central

by far the best accomodation we stayed at in Sri Lanka. It's a gated community with all facilities and apartment is extremely spacious plus Lakmal and his team Mr. Ashley are so professional, courteous and made one feel right at home. It has a massive and beautiful swiming pool and an amazing water park for the kids.

This house is a hidden gem in Colombo. It’s very tasteful and well furnished, with an incredible backyard overlooking the water. We didn’t feel like leaving the home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Lake view is an amazing structure with perfect surroundings. It is very central and though very private. We have spent a couple of great days in the structure and had the feeling of being in our private villa with a lot of freedom, space, design and commodities. We will book Lake view for sure again. Thanks a lot to the owner, Prasanna, for the great hospitality.

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

Amazing value, perfect for what we needed. Right next to the beautiful Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya temple. Living area very big and spacious. nice to have a full kitchen set up and dining table. large bedrooms and bathrooms too. the host was very kind and friendly. would definitely recommend!

The space was SUPER clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, with easy access to shops/malls and restaurants, clean and quiet neighborhood with high security. The apartment felt cozy and comfortable, just like home away from home. The amenities were excellent. We especially loved that the living room, and bedrooms had all windows, offering plenty of natural light and great view. The kitchen was fully and wonderfully equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. The owner was also very accommodating and provided us with every necessity, for which we actually didn't had to contact her for anything... What you may need was already there!. Highly recommended!" Замечательная квартира в отличном кондоминиуме ! Квартира очень красивая, чистая, сразу после ремонта. В квартире есть все что нужно для отличного отдыха, также были предоставлены одноразовые гигиенические материалы( щетки, шампуни, гель для душа и др) Кондоминиум состоит из 3 башен с общей инфраструктурой: несколько бассейнов, детская площадка, песочница, множество зон отдыха и даже game zone для подростков. Месторасположение очень хорошее, в 2 минутах spar, где можно купить все что нужно. До центра также идти достаточно близко. Мы были очень приятно удивленны данным жильем, всем очень советуем!

Loved how sparkling clean the space was and most importantly it felt like home with utmost privacy. Mr. Sam and his wife was extremely helpful, friendly and the prompt responses made our stay even more convenient. It's located at a very convenient location and i will definitely comeback again.
