We spent a few days in a super comfortable place, with incredible surroundings. Ideal combination for rest and recreation. Highly recommended and surely it will be a destination to return and if the same place to stay is available. Very good attention from the host, with good recommendations from the area.

Our stay in Mr Lauri's apartment was perfect ! Tdo was like on the ad ! Otimo apto , location , a beautiful view of the sea and organized and clean . An excellent apt . The apt is very spacious and comfortable; perfectly equipped, clean, neat, close to the beach, in a quiet spa that surprised us pleasantly. Carlos and Lisiane were very friendly and helpful, they always responded to us immediately and clearly. We went with our 2 daughters and felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and is very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The windows of the apartment are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some goodies and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

We were well received and well accommodated, everything was impeccable from the entrance to the apartment until our departure, Marcelo always offering assistance in what we needed, and clarifying our doubts. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms well cleaned and tidy, offering everything it promised, cozy house and with a privileged view! We will definitely be back!! 💗

It is difficult to make an assessment at the time of the accommodation, as the whole package is absolutely amazing: The place, the tranquility, the safety, the silence, the nature everywhere, structure and utensils, architecture and good aesthetic taste, the cleaning and finally the service and support throughout the stay. It was irreplaceable days that we spent in the house, the rare mixture of a foot-style house in the sand with so much privacy and silence provides a degree of unparalleled relaxation, which I believe I had not yet experienced in any other stay. By a wide margin, I can tell you that the actual delivery of hosting as a whole is superior to what photos allow you to dazzle at first and also true to what all guest reviews try to narrate. And to close, Marleti's support was perfect at all times, as well as the care and services of Clauci (homemade) were essential for us to enjoy our stay in the best way. The biggest certainty is that we will be back.

Great home for stay, quality products inside the house. Had air fryer, sandwiches, mixer. Diverse pots. Porcelain dishes. Quality of the refrigerator is great. Awesome beer. It was a great experience. The only suggestion would be heating in the pool. But anyway, accommodation note 10.

Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

One of the best airbnb experiences... The house is beautiful, the cleanliness impeccable, the great location and the very special details even had Easter decoration, we were very well received the kindness was such that it even had sweets on Easter Sunday. We'll be back soon !

This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! Casa Vista Mar is perfect for family or group of friends who want space, convenience and great location. The house is extremely equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor (one with sea view and AC, one with no view with AC and one with no view without AC, but super ventilated) and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with a view and AC and a bathroom with shower. Karina is a very dear host, always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Casa Vista Mar is located on the land with two more houses and so the private garage space is for one car only, but there are vacancies outside the house that cater well if necessary. We love the stay, enjoy the barbecue and the beautiful view every day at dawn and dusk. Super indico and recommend!!

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

The stay was great! The site was clean, well-organized and exactly as described in the listing. The host was attentive and responded quickly to messages. The location was also excellent, with easy access to beaches/shops/tourist spots, etc. I recommend and would host again!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. As Silvana showed in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, in addition to the game rooms, courts, pool, everything really wonderful. I was pleasantly struck by the condominium's security measures, Uber transfers and the whole island in general, the receptionists were very friendly and attentive, especially Kennio. Silvana took care of all the necessary details to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return when we have the chance again.

The complete apartment of everything, with all the utensils, crockery and Household Eletro. Impeccable Cleaning! New and smelling linens. All rooms flavoured.... a delight! Our stay included 5 adults and 1 child, apartment supplied perfectly. Well located building, close to the beach (3 blocks), general commerce and children's play. Our stay was perfect! The best place we've been to this day! Recommended!

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
