It is a place where fireflies, yellow larks, and otters that can only be seen in pure nature live together. The owner of the house lives right next to the accommodation and responds immediately to the guest's requests. In particular, we provide high-quality coffee beans, espresso machines, and various seasonings free of charge, and are fully equipped with dishwashers, refrigerators, water purifiers, beam projectors, and washing machines. You can enjoy a cypress bathtub, sauna (except summer), and a barbecue deck, a large lawn of about 100 pyeong, swings, a ball pit, and a gourd. Daegwallyeong, located at an altitude of 700 meters, is a land above the clouds with blue skies and clean winds throughout the four seasons. It offers a pleasant atmosphere in summer without tropical nights, and a snowy village in winter. You can also have a warm interaction with cute animals at the nearby farms, as well as the natural environment of the 'National Forest' and the 'Anbandege' observatory, which is famous for its trekking course.

An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

Yangyang Jukdo Beach Private Stay Wolhwa Inn

Wolhwa Inn is a 35-pyeong private house stay. Yangyang, the center of surfing, was newly built in 2016 in an old inn built in 1979, located near the hippest Jukdo Beach and Population Beach. It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

유투브 검색 "일제강점기 한옥이 세컨하우스로" 하시면 동영상 볼수 있습니다 ‘골말가’의 탄생은 1938년으로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 86년의 세월을 견디어 온 목조 구조는 일부 무너진 곳도 있을 만큼 손봐야 할 곳이 많았습니다. 한옥 기둥과 보는 최대한 원형 그대로를 살렸고, 도저히 살릴 수 없는 부재만 일부 교체하여 과거와 현재가 목구조에서 함께 어울리게 하였습니다. 실내의 모든 공간은 외부 마당과 시각적으로 소통될 수 있도록 신경을 썼습니다. 넓은 욕실 공간은 이 집에서 가장 아늑한 곳이 되도록 설계하였습니다. ‘골말가’에 머무르는 동안 과거와 현재의 만남을 체험하시기를 바랍니다.
