This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

Beautiful green garden. ART . Good location .

In a magical big garden full of fruit trees and herbs. Home to my parents, artists that will happily show their wonderful work and studios. A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.

**אין מקלט (או ממ"ד) בבניין** דירת חדר מרווחת במיקום מושלם במרכז העיר עם גישה נוחה לכל מקום - תחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית במרחק 2 דקות, רחוב הרצל, ככר העצמאות, שוק העיר, קניון השרון וחופי הים של נתניה - כולם במרחק הליכה, וגם כל הרחובות המרכזיים (סמילנסקי, שמואל הנציב, הרצל, שדרות בנימין). הדירה מוארת, מרווחות ונעימה מאוד ונמצאת בקומה 2 (אין מעלית). הרחוב שוקק במשך שעות היום, אבל חלונות הדירה לא בחזית ואין רעש. בשעות הערב הרחוב שקט מאוד. חניון מוזל משעה 14.00 נמצא ממול. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך :)

Very cozy studio apartment in the decent new house right next to the mall in Netanya. Clean, beautifully decorated, feels like home. Gabriel was very nice and helpful, greeted us and provided clear instructions, offered for help throughout our stay. There is also a protected space in the building. Highly recommended!

Very nice hostess. Always ready to meet, constantly asks if everything is in order and if anything else is needed. The apartment is small, but very clean and cozy. There is air conditioning. The shower has a very powerful stream of water, I would even say a little too much, but there is always hot water. The bed linen is high-quality and pleasant, made of natural fabrics, the towels are also natural cotton and fluffy. Close to the sea and only 10 minutes walk to the nearest large shopping center with a grocery store. There are always several free parking spaces on the street. The mattress is high-quality and the pillows are orthopedic. We liked everything very much. In addition there were cooking facilities and nespresso coffee machine. Even capsules for it waited for us at arrival

The house was stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures. Suitable for a couple. It's a basement apartment, but there's no feeling of suffocation at all, and it's completely pleasant and comfortable to stay there even beyond one weekend. Fully equipped kitchen and there's everything you need for a long stay. The landlords were very warm and friendly and were always available and pleasant. We'll definitely visit there again!

The apartment is nice, modernly furnished, spacious . The kitchen is small and we didn't use it except for the kettle and fridge. The fridge had some surprises in it - drinks, cows and even pizza in the freezer. A bottle of wine was waiting for us , for us. We only stayed there for one night. A few small notes: The unit is located on the ground floor, but at the entrance there are 2 stairs (an accessibility problem for those who have difficulty with stairs).
