High standard accommodation and original features are combined to make this a truly wonderful home. The area is ideal for lovers of great nature, food, wine, medieval architecture, golf, canoeing, hiking and relaxing holidays with family and friends.

This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the Garonne side canal will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), a bathroom with a large shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the swimming pool which is shared with our house and heated from June until the end of September. Parking at the rear.
