Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Der Plauer See, die Elde sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar.

You have the opportunity to walk in a park-like garden or play soccer. The many lakes nearby offer beautiful and varied destinations by bike or car. The village of Wendisch Priborn provides peace, country air and relaxation.
