Our little family cocoon in La Dame Blanche - in the heart of Les Ecrins and at the foot of the Puy Saint Vincent slopes! Our little but cosy and sweet family apartment at the heart of the Ecrins in Puy-Saint-Vincent - surrounded by mountains and next to the ski area. Superdévoluy – 40 m2 6 pers. app. facing the slopes

Appartement T3 de 40 m², idéal pour 6 personnes, situé au 3ᵉ étage de la résidence Les Toits du Dévoluy. Exposé plein sud, il offre une vue imprenable sur les pistes et le majestueux pic de Bure. Il se compose d’une cuisine équipée, d’un salon avec canapé-lit (2x90x190), d’une chambre avec lit double (160x200), d’un coin montagne avec lits superposés (90x190), d’une salle de bain avec baignoire et de WC séparés. Accès côté nord par la terre ferme, casier à skis et ascenseur face au palier.

Studio douillet et lumineux orienté sud, au coeur de la station. Vue sur les Montagnes et la Station. Pas de frais de ménage si pas nécessaire. Linge de lit fourni et installé sans surcoût. A 50 m à ski/pied des remontées. Au départ d'itinéraires de rando, VTT, Gravel et Trail. A 25 min du lac de Serre-Ponçon. Jeux pour enfants, Kart, Bar/restaurant d'altitude/pied des pistes, supérette, SPA, tabac/presse, garderie (sous réserve des périodes d'ouverture). Au 4ème, un étage à monter à pied.

Your studio will give you access to the swimming pool (depending on the period) as well as a petanque court, barbecue, picnic table, etc... The entire outdoor area is shared. it is equipped with all the necessities of a furnished apartment as well as an outdoor space. For your meals, you will find several restaurants nearby. Note: Pets not allowed bed and bath linens are provided. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

In the small village of Prunières (05230), between the Réallon ski resort and the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, we welcome you to a charming, completely renovated gîte, with stunning views of the lake, in a typical house of the region. In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. All local shops are also 5 minutes away in Chorges.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
