La maison sur l'Ourme est une maison d'hôtes (possibilité de table d'hôtes sur réservation avant votre arrivée) où il fait bon vivre. Située en moyenne montagne, à 40 mn du centre de Grenoble, au calme et dans la verdure. Cette maison est ma résidence principale. Le petit déjeuner fait maison (pains, brioches, confitures) est inclus. Cette annonce concerne la location de 3 chambres, 2 avec sanitaires privatifs, la troisième avec la douche à partager avec les autres occupants de la maison.

Between lake and mountain, a peaceful place with a hot tub and exceptional 180° views! Your spacious room features a 160 bed, TV and desk. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the same floor, which is dedicated to you. Linens provided. On the ground floor, breakfast (+€9/pers.) is served on the veranda, particularly pleasant, or on the terrace. In the evening, you can have shared access to the kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, as well as the terrace.

Nice room in the city center - free parking

I offer a nice room (160 bed) with a large bathroom (located in front of the room). In the morning, a hearty breakfast (with supplement) can be offered in the dining room or in your room, depending on your desire. In good weather, it can be taken on the terrace. This accommodation is located in the city center, close to shops, ski lifts, buses, the old town, the swimming pool, and the train station. You can enjoy Briançon on foot.

Marked hiking itinerary within 200m Linens are included in the rental for 3 nights or more. For one or two nights, renters are asked to bring their sheets. Possibility to rent sheets for one or two nights for an additional €5. No smoking.

Our house, located in a green setting, at the foot of hiking trails and very close to the Route Napoléon, will seduce you for a stopover during your vacation or for a weekend in the mountains. The view of Lake Sautet or of its Majesty Obiou will leave you with a very good memory. You can also taste the dishes offered at the table d'hôte if you let us know a little in advance. A closed garage is available for bikes or motorcycles.

Hiking departures are early, the place is not ideal for late mornings

Welcome to all bikers, we ourselves are bikers, we provide you with a shelter and small equipment for the quick maintenance of your machines. The "Le Sulit" gîte is a 3-star 135 m² duplex located in the rear part of our old farmhouse. Our farm is located in the hamlet of Les Richards with a dominant position and a superb panorama of the valley. From the house, enjoy walks, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and relaxing moments in the garden on the deckchairs or garden furniture.
