Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Garden City

The house was perfect for our little family. The kids loved having their own bed and the game room. The fenced in backyard was great for our small dog. The location was great for everything we wanted to do and see. We definitely plan on renting here again!

Great space. So peaceful on the river. We saw dolphins, otters and so many wading birds. Gorgeous sunsets. Screened porch was fantastic for breakfast and evenings. Pool wasn’t useable for our stay but the landscaping was really pretty.

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Walkable to many great restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay a third time.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Shawn is a welcoming host. She checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The sunlight infused apartment is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed relaxing there each morning and evening. The kitchen is well-appointed with coffee maker, coffee filters, ground coffee, pots, pans, some spices, etc. It’s a comfy kitchen to cook in. The mattresses are very comfortable, great pillows, high quality sheets, and a bottle of wine to start your stay. The location is 15-18 minutes from Tybee Island and to Historic Savannah. Extremely comfortable and cozy, very clean and private space, check in was easy and the host was very responsive, proactive, and professional.

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

Very happy with our stay. We enjoyed our morning walks and it was great to be able to take our dog on nice walks too. Astrid was very nice and responsive.

We had a nice stay at Raquel's play within the Glenwood Grove section of Berwick Plantation. We have family in the Stonelake Townhomes section just a short distance away, so the proximity was very convenient. The floorplans of both locations are very similar, with dining, kitchen, living room, restroom, and master bedroom downstairs, and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Raquel's place includes a bonus playroom and laundry room upstairs. Communication was timely, access was easy, and the home was clean with all necessary supplies and amenities. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah (Bay Street/River Street), which was fine for us.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

This place suited ALL our purposes: within ten minutes of our targeted locations, places to eat and services close, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, sufficient quality linens and paper products, and a super responsive host! Kitchen had sufficient quality items (nice mugs! sharp knives!) and was spotless. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The published description was EXACTLY what we experienced. We had an amazing time in the tranquil setting, beautiful yard and pool. The house was perfect, very clean and so much character- updated and charming.

Wendy made us feel very welcome! I had a few questions about the house and the area before we arrived and she answered me promptly. She also provided a house manual that included many suggestions regarding the area which was quite helpful. We loved the neighborhood and accessibility to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. The backyard and pool were a quiet oasis surrounded by beautiful flowering bushes and trees. It was such a lovely place to retreat to in the early morning with a cup of coffee to relax and or catch sight of a hummingbird or butterfly. After a day of touring or visiting the beach it was so nice to go home to enjoy the swimming pool and barbeque. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

Perfect for families, very kid friendly ! Our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own “ kid room” while we all enjoyed having our own space as parents. The pool was super nice as well, kids enjoyed it. The tv in the pool area did not work. But the house was well equipped esp for the beach! Had umbrellas and chairs and even kids toys ! The beach was a 10 min walk from the house which was perfect. Overall great stay ! Definitely will be coming back here !

The location was good, a short walk to hop-on-hop-off trolley stop 5. A 5-8 minute Uber ride to restaurant and shopping areas. The parking in the back was a major plus. The location is quiet, no city noises. However, the AC units outside are near the bedroom windows and can be heard cycling on and off. Although, I had no problem sleeping.

This Airbnb is hands down the best we've ever stayed at! It felt just like home with everything we needed and more. The aesthetic was amazing, and the location was perfect—only 25 minutes from Tybee Island and a few minutes to downtown. The price point was spot on. I would recommend this place over and over again. The hosts were incredibly helpful without being overbearing. A truly fantastic experience!

Great places to stay very close couple blocks from Forsyth Park. Had a wonderful time with two small kids and my wife and myself kitchen as well stocked utensil wise place in very charming give a nice feel for Savannah. Would stay here again.!

Heather and Douglas were exceptional hosts—communicative, thoughtful, and always checking in to ensure everything was going well. The property was peaceful and unique, with the added surprise of friendly tortoises that made our visit even more memorable. We appreciated the helpful local recommendations, which led us to explore Wormsloe Historic Site, Tybee Beach, and several great restaurants in the area. When we needed to extend our stay, Heather and Douglas were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond, making the process seamless. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling near Savannah, Georgia. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely check to see if this place is available. Quiet apartment on the ground floor of a multi-family home. Water pressure a little low, however this is in a historic part of the city so likely to be expected. Overall a very nice stay for a long weekend getaway. No complaints from us!

Great cottage and very private and beautiful. Great amenities including a screened in porch with dining space and swing and the whole cottage was pristine and super clean. Checkin was easy and all instructions were super clear and simple. Caren was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
