Great condo, had a wonderful stay!

Great location! Walking distance to downtown garden city, the lake, great restaurants, the bike bath.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ideal Beach location. The condo is ground level which makes coming and going really easy. We had 2 kids under the age of 2 so having the pool, beach, playground, and large lawn space were all nice amenities that we used. The place itself was clean and well maintained with several parts including the kitchen and bathroom that have been recently updated. Probably the only complaint is the beach at this resort was a bit rough and required walking through a rocky area to get into the water so definitely recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet.

Favorite place I’ve stayed at and Bear Lake. Within five minutes of almost everything. Mykol was very responsive and respectful. The place was beautiful. I also enjoyed that it was away from the Moore hotel area and on the top floor. No noise heard.

We loved Josi’s place and had a great stay. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. The communal areas are great and the layout of the bedrooms also allows for a ton of privacy. Josi had a ton of helpful, clear information regarding the home and amenities. I saw a review that someone felt there was too much information or fees posted, and maybe Josi changed that, but I did not feel that way at all. I felt like all the posted info was there to warn me ahead of time so I didn’t accidentally incur a fee. Checkout was amazingly simple. There was no expectation of doing any laundry, etc. very basic and reasonable. The ideal beach pass is a great addition. You are just 5 minutes from a ton of public beach and about 10 from the Utah state park. We plan to book with Josi again!

Great apartment in an end unit right next to the beach. So convenient to walk right out and so nice to be at the quiet end of the beach. Lots of boat and supply rentals on site. The apartment looked like it had been recently redone with high end appliances and super well stocked kitchen. The only note I would leave for next guest is to bring an eye mask if you are light sensitive. This was such a great find and we’ll likely come back!

Our stay was literally perfect. We fit our family (2 adults and 6 children, 2 in cribs) perfectly. Josi even went above and beyond to put beach toys out for us and two cribs, per our request. Not only that but there was a welcoming container of delicious popcorn waiting for us upon arrival. The place was decorated super cute and it was incredibly clean. If I had to “complain” about anything it would be that we were in a basement so you could hear footsteps up above late at night—but how can I complain when we had 6 kiddos running around down below??! Also, there is no blinds on the sliding glass door downstairs (main entrance) so there wasn’t as much privacy as one may PREFER, but this is just preference. Still a five star review-EASY! Clean, comfortable, spacious, adorable, affordable…..couldn’t be more thankful! We loved every second. Thank you for everything!!!
