Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

Ideal Beach Ground Level Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ideal Beach location. The condo is ground level which makes coming and going really easy. We had 2 kids under the age of 2 so having the pool, beach, playground, and large lawn space were all nice amenities that we used. The place itself was clean and well maintained with several parts including the kitchen and bathroom that have been recently updated. Probably the only complaint is the beach at this resort was a bit rough and required walking through a rocky area to get into the water so definitely recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet.

Cozy Basement Apartment at Bear Lake

We loved the place! On a quiet cul-de-sac, with no neighbor behind, we had a gorgeous view. The place was private and quiet and warm even though Garden City was extra cold that weekend. We loved the big TV and the great kitchen. It was an excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway, and in the summer, we plan to return with the entire family.

We loved our stay! The home was spotless and host was quick to respond to our messages. We loved how it met the needs of all ages. So many things to do at the house and we really liked that we were able to access Ideal Beach resort for miniature golf and pickleball. The Bear Lake golf course was also minutes away and having the golf clubs to use was awesome! Close to garden city with lots of food options. Exactly as described and better!

We had an AMAZING stay! Kevin’s house was beautiful and tastefully decorated! There were so many charming lake-touches to the decor. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed! We appreciated all the beach towels. Our kids loved the play-space and the lounge room upstairs. They were also huge fans of the colored lights in the hot tub! They were so bummed we didn’t have time to use the kayaks and paddle board though. We had a big group with us and the kitchen was spacious for cooking meals together. It had all of the dishes and cookware we needed! The location of the house was great and super convenient for accessing things in town! The pool had a beautiful up-close view of the mountains and was never crowded which was awesome. We definitely plan to stay again!!

Our family absolutely loved this place! Well stocked, clean, laundry room beach towels, plenty of bathrooms, open space and large bedrooms. Felt right at home. Jason was available if needed. We loved the games, BBQ, bikes, and hot tub (at the clubhouse) oh and grocery store next door!!! We will definitely want to stay here again. Bear Lake was absolutely beautiful and the weather (for end of August). This place will not disappoint!

What an absolutely amazing stay! Ideal beach was incredible and has so many amenities. Leann was responsive, helpful, and kind. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the wonderful activities ideal beach had! The space was clean, comfortable, and had fantastic extras such as movies and games. Our kids had a magical time and we can't wait to return again!
