This 42 m² cocoon combines comfort and serenity, ideal for a stay as a couple or a business trip. Relaxation, nature and discoveries await you in an authentic region, rich in culture, flavors and landscapes.

The villa is located on a large plot with dominant views in a very quiet and pleasant village among the vineyards near Carcassonne (15 km) and Limoux (10 km). The village is served by train and bus and has a grocery store/bread/coffee shop. You will have a private parking space and a private terrace and garden. Guests also have access to the swimming pool. I live on site year-round with 2 adorable cats. Because of this, I can't host other animals
