Charcoal barbecue available for grilling and tasting Uzès rosé. Shared washing machine. Closed and private parking. Private pool, bowling, trampoline and ping-pong to share. You have the option to enter or exit the accommodation independently; the keys will be deposited in a code box. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. The village of Montaren, the vineyards, the olive groves, nature are all close to your accommodation. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city, admire the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, canoe, climb and swim in the Gardon, meet the potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and if you go a little further you can visit Avignon and Nîmes located 30 minutes away. Our description is far from exhaustive, everyone can visit the surroundings according to their tastes and desires. Small new LOFT in Industrial and Modern style of 40 m2 for 2 people (but possibility of sleeping 1 child on the extra sofa.) This Loft is located on a Wine Estate in the heart of the vineyards. It is adjacent to the owners' country house but totally independent. The entrance is to the north of the bastide. Access to the owners' pool (from 07/01 to 09/15) and to the petanque court every day from 10 a.m. TO 6 p.m. On the day of your arrival, the pool is accessible until 7 p.m.

In a stone farmhouse from the 1850s, we renovated the old barn attached to the house to welcome you. The entrance is totally private to allow you total independence and tranquility. This cottage is ideal for a romantic stay. It is equally suitable for hosting children with books and games available. The equipment makes it easy to telecommute.
