I lowed my price $15 daily to off set guest cost. Kitchen has everything. Laundry in basement. Great space on huge deck. Park your car and be a local! Mountains surround you. Its a charmer! Quiet neighborhood in the original town site of Glenwood Springs. City permit is 18-011. Reconsider children under 10 art and antiques not for play.

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn.
