Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

It is located 45 minutes from Bourges, 30 minutes from Nevers, 20 minutes from Charité sur Loire and the famous vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire. In this fully renovated house, you will find all the comforts you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For amateurs, a golf course is nearby (4 km).
