Holiday rentals with a patio in Garrard County

I loved staying at this Airbnb! I needed a place to come for a personal prayer retreat and this was perfect!! looked exactly like the photos, had everything I needed and very kind, friendly and responsive hosts. I loved sitting on the back deck several times. The inside space was great for spreading everything out I was working on and praying over. It is in a very walkable area and I enjoyed a daily walk exploring new neighborhoods. And it was easy and very quick to get to the center of town to visit the Farmer's Market and a local donut shop, Burke's Bakery. Millennium Park is nearby and I loved going there for a run. Several good churches are close. There is nothing else that I could have asked for in this Airbnb. I just loved it and I will definitely return here for my next retreat.

I was in town for a conference at EKU. The location is perfect—I could walk to campus each day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is in town for a university event. It’s become my go-to spot when visiting Richmond. The place is exactly as described. The host is proactive and knowledgeable and responsive.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is quaint, beautiful, well-maintained, fair priced, and within walking distance to some great local spots. Carrera was super helpful and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I need a quiet getaway.

We had a great time at this cozy basement apartment. It was exactly as pictured at an affordable price—a place to sleep while we visited family in Wilmore. The beds were very comfortable.

The house was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The water toys that were available were a fun touch. The outdoor decks are great places to hang out, too!

Great place for us to relax and enjoy spending time with our adult children and new grand daughter. My first visit to Kentucky from Oregon! Such a beautiful area! We will definitely be visiting often.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Anessa was incredibly kind and responsive from the moment we booked. The views are breathtaking - especially from the downstairs bedroom. The home was fully stocked with everything we could need, from kitchen tools to thoughtful extras like makeup wipes, Tylenol, and cozy blankets. We had 6 women on a girls’ trip, including my 83 y/o grandma, and the layout was perfect for her with just 2 steps to get inside and everything she needed on the main level. I also highly recommend booking a ride on Anessa’s tritoon! It was the highlight of our trip! She made it so fun with tubing, floating on a lily pad, and great music. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again Anessa!

Exactly what we were looking for to get off the beaten trail but still near enough to Lexington and distilleries. A nice place to come back to at the end of each night and relax. Nice to have the water to hang out near and even though we didn’t use the kayaks because it was a little rainy while we were there, it’s nice that they have that as an option. We loved hanging out on the back deck as it’s covered and kept us out of the rain. Would definitely stay again!

We had 11 family members staying for a week and had a blast. The access to the lake was pretty easy considering other places we stayed. Just take it slow and be careful. I loved that there were little extras that make a difference - like plenty of spare spices and dishes and silverware. This was easily the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had on a vacation and there was shampoo and conditioner and plenty of toilet paper and loads of outdoor seating. The smaller house was also fully stocked with kitchen supplies and everything you would need. Clearly the hostess really wants you to enjoy yourself and not stress over the little things. I highly recommend this place!

Ellie’s place is extremely clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent! Beautiful neighborhood to walk around, lots of local shops and restaurants a couple of blocks away.

This was a great stay! Robin was very communicative, and made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I 100% recommend this location to anyone else. It fit 6 of us very comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

I really appreciated how fast Claire was at confirming my booking, and how effective her instructions were. The place had a gorgeous view and was walkable to many bars and restaurants. If I’m ever in Lexington again, I would definitely consider staying here!

This is a gorgeous Air B-n-B, well cared for and clean. We had a delightful stay and everything we needed was there. It is also in a great Lexington neighborhood walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. I'd gladly stay there again.

This was a return stay based not only on the location but it seems like home away from to us. Comfortable furnishings, fully equipped, eat in kitchen, laundry facilities, large deck, and peaceful backyard. During our stay, the AC stopped working during 80° weather and Randy and Savanna responded very promptly and were incredibly gracious about our comfort and convenience. We absolutely will return!
