Beautiful studio in an oasis of tranquility but very close to downtown, seven minutes by car. Here you can study, work, or just relax, whatever you want. It is a fully equipped independent studio located on the first floor of a single-family house. It has no elevator. The bed is 150x200cm. It has a sofa with chaise longue and smart TV. It has a small kitchen with everything you need for everyday life, a large bathroom and a dressing room.

Jose’s place is just magical , he spend lots of time and take great pride of the gorgeous gardens, the back yard is full of different destinations, the house interior is so unique , warm, with an rustic and very Spanish style that welcomes everyone and naturally makes you feel at home . The pool is awesome but the best part is the dog ! She’s a sweet and very affectionate member of the family! What a great value !

Encarna is super nice and attentive person, ready to help you with anything. I found the location cool despite being on the outskirts of the city of Murcia, the neighborhood is really nice. It's quite easy to access by bus from the city center, except on Sundays when the interval is 2 hours.
