You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. In a very quiet hamlet at the gates of Uzès, come and discover this charming typical village house tastefully decorated. Ideal for visiting the area, walking in nature, Uzès 10 km away, local shops within walking distance. Garage and courtyard not adjoining the house. And the house is equipped with a Verisure alarm system and remote monitoring in the living room and in the upstairs hallway only when it is in operation and the alarm is triggered.

Close to the hyper-center, this 2 rooms of 30 m2 was completely renovated at the end of 2021. On the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, in a small condominium, parking is free nearby. A 5-minute walk from the historic center and a Carrefour City, 10 minutes from Nîmes Centre train station and the Arènes train station. By car: 12 minutes from the exhibition center and 20 minutes from the Pont du Gard Tgv station.

Our pretty stone house of 120 m2, recently renovated and air-conditioned, awaits you for a pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, ping-pong table. The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.
