House with 3 en-suites with double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. They are beds for 9 people, but we allow up to 15 people with mattresses. Very cozy house in the middle of a paradise that will leave a mark of good vibes in your life. It's filled with nature, life, and energy. Next to the lake itself for bathing and in front of the São João River that permeates all over Costão da Serra, there are several natural pools. Unique and extraordinary place!

The house is large, and 2 adults live in it, who remain living in the same house during the stay. The part of the house for guests is on the third floor, and is totally exclusive, much like an apartment. The residents are on the second floor, and guests have exclusive access to part of the third floor. Rooms with great views of the neighborhood. Equipped library and extra mattresses if needed. Cozy attic. 1 covered parking space and 1 uncovered parking space
