I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). The location is excellent for those who seek peace, contact with nature and a real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super solicitous, caring and showed real concern about our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we're already in the mood to come back! I recommend with my eyes closed. 💛

We spent quiet days with the children, who even with unstable time were able to have fun in the spacious house of the Ewerton. Toys, Games, Great Internet. We will definitely return!

A Mrs. Ana very attentive, her employee, very friendly, great environment, cozy, we felt at home, everything was very clean, the beach is wonderful, for those who like quieter sea, quiet bathing room, we had the habit of going to Matinhos for many years, but we have already decided that our beach destination will be Itapoá-SC.

We love José's house, equipped with everything you need, clean, cozy house and the pool is great, he and his wife are very kind and receptive, everything was wonderful and we hope to return again!

I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. The view is spectacular, the beach is very tasty, having breakfast with the sea view makes all the difference. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The Sobradinho Vermelho is a charming, cozy and bright place. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is a show! We were also able to appreciate the caiçara culture in the casting of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

The place is amazing, just like in the photos, super-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, great dining table and the location is without comment. Fernão is a great person who I had the pleasure of meeting on the beach. Very calm, gave several tips about the place before we went and was super helpful when I needed it. Our stay was amazing! We started with the kindness of the hosts! Even before we arrived at the house, they had already sent all the necessary information clearly and accurately! Quiet and cozy place, ideal for those looking for peace and a comfortable place to rest. The beach is clean with few very good waves for those who have children. We love the stay.

The house is extremely comfortable and with ample space. The access to the river is very easy and the entire area of the house is very well surrounded which gives security to let the children play freely. We enjoy the area of the barbecue and wood stove very well planned. The area is beautiful and well worth the tour. The host was very attentive, quickly responded to all the messages, was very transparent with the other information and kind to the flexibility of time of entry and exit from the property. Deixo a tip: Put a volleyball net for the lawn and a games room on the third floor. We will definitely go back and indicate the property.

For those looking for a beautiful place for rest and comfort, Refugio is the place. Beautiful and clean house, comfortable beds, new good quality bed and bath linens, clean and smelling, clean bathrooms, good showers, full kitchen, household and electrical goods working perfectly, crockery,cutlery, platters, pans to prepare meals ,oven and wood stove, I even made bread and cake . Decoration is gorgeous and exterior part wonderful with rivers and kills around and ample space for hiking and enjoying nature. The trails on the property were a differential , we made in families with young, old and even 1 baby. It was very cool. Carlos, the host from the first extremely kind contact,answered quickly, asked questions,gave suggestions to make better use of the place and was very flexible to check-in and checkout times. Upon arriving there was a basket of complimentary green corn and a msg of affection. We feel welcome, important and at home at Refugio. We will definitely return.

the house was very good, spacious and quite clean,the mattresses are already quite used. the area is not so touristy but a nice place to be traquilo,at night the neighbors made a lot of noise

the stay was very good, I highly recommend it, total comfort in the house, whenever we sent messages he responded immediately! but the house, the neighborhood, is a bit far from the center, on foot it is a long way, but for the price it is very well negotiated! I highly recommend it I traveled 400km by motorcycle and felt at home! it was worth it😉
