Genießt den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Boddenlandschaft von einer der Terrassen, springt vom eigenen Steg ins Wasser, stecht mit dem Tretboot in See oder entspannt am Kamin oder an einer der Feuerstellen. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Das Ferienhaus ca. 65 m2 groß und es können bis zu 5 Personen (mit Aufbettung) logieren. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über eine eigenen umzäunten Hof. Zudem besteht eine eigene Zufahrt zum Hof. Das Domizil liegt in Poppelvitz auf der Halbinsel Zudar / Südrügen, abseits der Touristenströme. Die sehr nah (2-3 km) gelegenen Naturstrände (Palmer Ort, Gelbes Ufer, Grabow, Zicker) sind ideal für Surfer, Kitesurfer, Wanderer und Naturlieberhaber.

The house is situated in the middle of a likewise listed park, which is exclusively accessible to holidaymakers. Enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day on the terrace, take a nap in the midday sun, read a book in the afternoon or relax after an excursion in the outdoor hot tub and infrared heat cabin.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern.
