Built in 2022, the non-smoking apartment with magnificent mountain views is located in the picturesque Walser village of Klosters-Monbiel. Cozy living room, spacious kitchen, large shower, bedroom, private seating, ski and bike room. Suitable for allergy sufferers and those sensitive to electricity thanks to memon equipment. In front of the door are the cross-country ski trail and beautiful summer and winter hiking trails. 50 m to the bus, which takes you to the center of Klosters, the train station and the Gotschnabahn in 10 minutes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Superior apartment offers space for up to 6 people on 82 m² to 98 m². Equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double sofa bed in the living area, which can accommodate two more people. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with shower and partly separate toilets. The apartment features a balcony or a terrace.<br>The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

You can reach our maisäß by car in summer. In winter, the arrival and departure is organized by us with the skidoo.
