There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a futon for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" flat screen TV with Dish services. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.

Amazing views from this home from almost every spot. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. The house is beautiful and the view is as well! The screened in porch is where spent most of our time. Everything you need is there! The private boat ramp is a few hundred yards from the house and is very easy to get in and out of. Definitely will be back!

The river view is breathtaking!!!! The house is beautiful and spacious and the deck area along with the bed swing.....PERFECTION!! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Lori was super responsive any time I needed to reach out. The river was up so we could not fish from behind the house but the grandkids went to nearby Dry Run Creek several times and had a blast. The house was close to Norfork Lake where we had a great lake day on a rented pontoon with a slide. Even though the house is "out" we were 6 min from a market that had anything we needed and Walmart in Mountain Home was less than 20 min. away. We hope to return ❤️
