Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to the water. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. On the farm, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the acclaimed Stockholm archipelago trail runs over the island. A stone's throw from the accommodation, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, autumn is lovely!

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Newly built cottage of 30 sqm. 5 min walk from the port. - Open-plan with kitchen and living room in one. - Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. - The living room has a sofa bed. - The kitchen has an induction hob and oven. - Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. - Large terrace around the house with dining area. - The view consists of pine and blueberry forest - Cleaning is not included. - Pets are not allowed - Guests bring their own bed linen and towels (can be rented for 150kr per person)

Archipelago retreat with private beach

Charming and relaxing archipelago house in traditional Swedish style. A modern main building and two additional houses with a total of 12 (6+4+2) beds in 6 bedrooms, as well as 4 (2+2) places in sofa beds. Maximum number of guests in these is 16. There is the possibility of additional extra beds and cribs (on request). 4 bathrooms with toilets. The houses are located on a large garden and nature plot with its own jetty, sauna and private beach on the archipelago's pearl Djurö, about 50 minutes' drive from Stockholm.

Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and the TV sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Nära till bageri och mataffär. 150 m från tomten finns en liten badstrand och brygga. Boendet Fullt modernt utrustat hus på ca 90 kvm. Bastu. Alla bekvämligheter som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kök, 3 sovrum (en dubbelsäng, två singelsängar samt två extrasäng vid behov) , 2 badrum med WC, en dusch.

Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
