The location was great, real close to the beach making everything in walking range.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival, Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but it is all very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the nearby area was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is only a few meters away and a mini market for daily needs is right on the doorstep. It was an absolutely successful holiday from our side.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

We had the pleasure of staying in a newly renovated, beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is not only very clean, but also extremely comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – within walking distance to the beach, which is perfect for beach lovers. The connection to the city and all important facilities is also excellent. The landlady was always easily accessible and very helpful with any questions or concerns, which made the entire stay very pleasant. All in all, I can highly recommend this apartment. It meets all expectations of comfort, cleanliness and a perfect location to the beach!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Silvia is a wonderful host. He personally welcomed us, and gave us a small briefing on the various provisions of the house (for example, the days on which they collect the garbage, the keys to be used to open the gate, etc.) The apartment is very nice, and it has a very large balcony/terrace facing the sea (in front of the Globus Beach bathroom). The window overlooking the sea is a sight to behold😍

A gem. At the center of everything on the Rimini waterfront, with a parking space. Well, what more could you want? Comfortable apartment for a family of three with all the comforts. Probably in the high season you risk being a little too central but there is everything and I repeat with the parking space available in front of the Pascucci cafe and attached to the Fellini park basically behind the promenade. The price in this period is really worth "the ticket" of the trip. Very nice, we will return (probably avoiding the high season, but for our own sake)

I am very pleased to have found Nomastay Srl's apartment which is a real gem. The outstanding feature is the terrace providing a large outdoor space with pleasant views of the street in one direction, and towards the coast in the other. A great place to relax with an aperitivo after a day of sightseeing. Inside, the flat is well equipped with plenty of storage space, a good TV and WiFi. I really liked having a dish washer. The location is really close to the beach and only short walk to the station and the older part of the town. The street itself is very quiet. The Normastay team are highly professional and really well organised. They provide a brilliant video to demonstrate how to access the flat and use the equipment. The team was always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

I was in Sabrina's apartment for a week with my daughter. The apartment is very small but well organized, it is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to spend a few days of relaxation. Each sector was well stocked, for example the condiments in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, detergents and bathroom products, etc. I also very much appreciated the presence of the coffee machine. The appointment is halfway between Misano and Cattolica, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Sabrina and her husband were very helpful and understanding hosts. On the day of check-in, my car broke down halfway and I had to take it to the workshop. I continued my journey by train to Cesena. In Cesena, Sabrina and her husband offered to give me a ride to Misano. They were very kind to help me with information and the transfer.
