The cabin has a new bathroom, kitchen, or facility, large terrace and electric car charger. In the area there are a lot of hiking opportunities. The delicious and award-winning goat cheese that won the "world cheese awards" in October 2023 was produced 50 m from the cabin. From mid-July, the goats are the closest neighbors to the cabin. Here, you will also find Northern Europe's oldest and smallest stave church, built in 1147.

Modern cabin with boat ocean view & beautiful sunsets

The modern cabin from 2022 is located in the beach zone on Herlandsneset at the end of Atløy in Askvoll Municipality in Sogn og Fjordane. The plot is sunny with panoramic sea views that can be enjoyed from the cabin's hot tub. There is a fabulous view from the cabin towards the island of Kinn in the northwest, a landmark and the area is known as a sailing landmark along the coast. To the southwest you can see the well-known viewpoint Brurastakken and the popular hiking island Alden also called Norske Hesten. With the cabin's motorboat you can travel there and to Værlandet and Bulandet.

Well-equipped cabin from 2020/1850 by Hestadfjorden

The cabin is 120 sqm and was completed in the spring of 2020. The cabin is of very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 - originally from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, laundry room and sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and boat and canoe can be provided, but must be booked separately. To fish in the water you have to buy a fishing license. The cabin is located by Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley you come to Gaularfjellet and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction is Førde with 13,000 inhabitants

Cabin with stunning views in tranquil surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowing boat is available in the summer months. The cabin has a mini kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave.
