Over the past five years, we have transformed this space into a welcoming place where life is good. The cottage, completely renovated in an eco-responsible spirit, allows you to discover the principles of permaculture and for those who practice it, to go even further.

Le Moulin Neuf is located 5 km from Fleurance , 24 km from Auch, and 16 km from Lectoure, a spa town. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the Coco cottage is a comfortable haven of peace for a stay in the countryside, allowing you to explore the region. The cottage is an outbuilding of a former water mill, restored in 2020, in the middle of 5 hectares of meadow. It is also the ideal accommodation for the famous Fleurance Astronomical Festival and for employees on business trips. Dogs accepted upon request.

Moulin equipped for 3 people (and even 4 with a baby in a travel cot in the bedroom). The mill is off-center but located 10 minutes from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 minutes from Castéra Verduzan and 20 minutes from Condom. Lots of small, unique villages to discover far from the big cities.

An outdoor area with space for 2 vehicles, table, chairs and barbecue. Terrace with a magnificent view of the vineyards. Swimming pool in season.

For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.

At the end of a tree-lined driveway, you will discover this vast home with thick walls, combining modern comfort and authenticity. The terrace, adjoining the large kitchen, close to the 16th century tower, ensures good times with family and friends. A private road will take you to our lake in 5 hours.
