The accommodation is a separate guest part of the house with a private entrance. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. A large terrace faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own disposal over the entire terrace. The cottage is located in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5min from E4. Shop is 10min drive from the cottage. The cottage lacks electricity and running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water in cans. Boat available May-Oct. The hot tub is under new construction and will be ready when the water has sunk away. A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: The ice is now March 19 still thick, but can start to become landless facing south. The snow about 10 cm. Any ski tracks nearby. Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.
