ultra modern apartment looks better in person than on pictures . it is located in a upscale community, I could not find one negative about this apartment, definitely would recommend and definitely want to stay there again on my next visit .

Nicholas’s home and their service and willingness to help with questions and requests went above and beyond. The place is just as described in pictures and in reviews. I do NOT enjoy humid climates and all of us (wide and four daughters) loved their ac units in each separate bedroom! I slept like a baby! This location is perfect for close proximity to the lds temple (1.5 block walk) which we throughly enjoyed! Enjoyed the pool on top and the views and the safety and security offered. Gisele and Nicholas made everything easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again if life ever brings us back to Santo Domingo!

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

The private property with two very comfortable rooms was perfect for my stay. The location is excellent, as it is right across from UASD University, and there is a La Sirena supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Tucked away behind a quiet garden landscape, it offers a peaceful escape while still being just steps from all the historic charm and vibrant life the area has to offer. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, with a warm, historic ambiance that reflects the rich heritage of the neighborhood. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful—making check-in seamless and my stay effortless. You truly couldn’t ask for a better location—close to every major site, cafe, and cultural spot, yet serene and private enough to unwind in total peace. I've stayed in many places, but this one stands out. There isn't a better place to stay in the Colonial Zone, and I’m already looking forward to rebooking very soon. Highly recommended!

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!
