Es mi primera vez alquilando directamente un airbnb, y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Todo comienza con la excelente atención desde el inicio con la anfitriona Luz. Ella muestra un verdadero y genuino interés por sus huéspedes. No importa a la hora que escribiéramos, ella nunca tardó en contestar. Siempre atenta a nuestro bienestar dentro de la estadía. El lugar superó por mucho nuestras expectativas, porque las fotos, hablan bien del lugar. Pero en vivo de verdad es maravilloso. Volvería una y otra vez a este lugar. Another great stay! We tried another one of Wilson’s properties and it was even better than the pictures. So tastefully decorated and welcoming. Great location and building staff were very helpful.

Todo estuvo como mismo se publica en las fotos, es un lugar muy tranquilo y nada de ruidos. Lo recomiendo 100% La anfitriona muy amable y detalló todo para hacer más fácil mi llegada.

Der beste Ort in Santo Domingo - absolut toller Host - wir kommen immer wieder hier her. Alles immer sauber, herzliche Kommunikation und alles in der Nähe. Tiefgarage und tolle Terrasse. Küche super ausgestattet und jedes Zimmer hat Klimaanlage. Claro-Tv oder Netflix, 3 Fernseher. Einfach ein Traum! DANKE FÜR DIE SCHÖNE ZEIT!

Stating with Emely was a pleasure the location was perfect private parking, washing machines, clean , safe place near to Mega Centro Mall . Emely and her dad always nice and friendly, great communication I will back again 😉

Franklin is an excellent host. Extremely responsive. Be comfortable with a couple of issues with the country such as rolling blackouts (Franklin was able to explain this to us) and not so sane drivers. That aside the location was in the middle of everything. The rooftop area is beautiful and great party spot. No elevator so get ready to work out.

I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Muy buen lugar para eventos y reuniones familiares. El anfitrión es muy atento, servicial y complaciente, nunca era un no. La casa es grande y tiene marquesina grande que puedes utilizar para evento, es muy hermosa y lujosa, el area de picuzzy es muy bonita. Sin duda volvere a rentar, para una proxima estancia.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout my visit.
