We had a very nice time in the apartment. The apartment was very nice. Ilker was very helpful and kind. Can absolutely recommend this place.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Beautiful stay, the view is enchanting. It can hardly be more beautiful. It is on the 4th floor and generally a little higher. After long walks, it is a little difficult to reach in the last 10 minutes. Apartment was large, corresponded to the pictures, balcony is also available. The only minor negative: The terrace is wonderful in size and view but unfortunately was not really 100% usable due to little equipment and some uncleanliness due to pigeons and birds. However, this does not affect the charming apartment, you get over it. The landlord/landlady was super nice, was always there for questions and very helpful. On the last day, you even gave us until 3:30 pm to check out because our flight was so late. Overall, a wonderful apartment with wonderful views of the Galataport, Istanbul Bridge, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Galata Tower, etc. It is very rare to see all of this at the same time.

Our stay at Menti’s stunning apartment in the heart of Istanbul was pure magic! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully styled with a mix of modern and Turkish charm, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Menti was an absolute gem, welcoming us with warm hospitality, helping to organize transport to/from the airport and sharing insider tips on the best local spots. Waking up to the sounds of the city and sipping Turkish tea or raki on the terrace while watching the sunset was pure bliss. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting Istanbul, and we're already planning our return. Can't recommend this Istanbul treasure enough to anyone exploring this vibrant city! Great place to stay, I can only recommend it! Very close to the center, public transport, but if you like to walk a little, you can reach the main sights on foot within 1 hour. The apartment is clean, it matches the description. In the staircase, you can easily climb the 108 steps, even with a 20 kg suitcase. Cihan is very kind, helpful, responds to every message almost immediately! The mattress of the bed is very comfortable, we slept very well in it. The washing machine and dryer were very useful and we also used the water filter regularly. On weekends, there are parties in the buildings opposite, but by closing the windows, the sound can be minimized and the noise disappears at 2 a.m. If I had to mention a negative, I would mention the creaking of the bed frame and the little loading space. The mattress of the bed is very good, but if you move, it squeaks a lot. Unfortunately, there was only one drawer where we could put some of our clothes. But these problems are negligible!

We loved our stay near Galata Tower! The location was even more perfect than we had hoped for, the view was gorgeous, the space was clean and we felt like home the entire time. Neriman was extremely helpful and kind and we would definitely recommend her place to others/hope to come back! Thanks so much!

This is an excellent 5-star apartment! The host was very helpful, responsive and made our check-in process very clear. The apartment was clean & tidy, and had supplies for washing dishes, washing clothes and shampoo & shower gel. The washing machine & dryer worked perfectly and were very handy during our stay. The apartment has two bedrooms with air conditioning units as well as an ac unit in the living room. They all work extremely well and kept us cool during our stay (June 2025). The view from the living room is spectacular! Most days we ate our breakfast the kitchen counter and just gazed out at the Bosphorus; the view makes this apartment a one-of-a-kind property! You can walk up some stairs (lots of cats) and be in a buzzing district with cafes & restaurants & a big Carrefour grocery store. Most days we walked down the hill to use the tram to get around and then at the end of the day we took the funicular up to Taksim and had a pleasant stroll to the apartment.

Nice flat in a great location. Emre was really helpful - was waiting at the door when we arrived and always replied quickly when needed. Kitchen is quite small but bedrooms and living room are good. A great base for exploring Istanbul - 100m from Galata Tower, 5 min walk to Karakoy with loads of restaurants and the ferry terminal to the Asian side and the tram to the big monuments across the Golden Horn.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The place was as described, the host very helpful, we felt right away like home. Definitley recomend!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb—it felt just like home! Bright, cozy, and perfectly located within walking distance to Istiklal and Taksim Square. The pool and sauna were the cherry on top. It was just perfect for me as a solo traveler!

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. We had a fantastic stay at Aaron’s place just down the street from Galata Tower! The apartment was full of charm—beautifully designed with exposed brick, large windows, and lots of natural light. The location was perfect: walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transit, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Aaron was a responsive, professional, and friendly host—quick to help with any questions and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The place is better than the pictures! Really nice design and attention to detail. The location is perfect, you couldn’t ask for better, the Cihangir neighbourhood has some great restaurants and you’re just off Taksim square and the Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again any time!!
