The host Özgür left very clear instructions and made it easy to check in despite the late time of arrival. The place itself was spotless, cosy and very conveniently located; just a stone's throw away from Taksim square. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great value.

Rezervasyonumuzu üç gün olarak planlarken dört güne çıkardık ve bu süreçte de bize sonsuz destek oldu. Evin konumu Osmanbey metroya 7 dakikalık bir mesafede. Tüm ayrıntılar misafirlerin dahi düşünemeyeceği kadar özenli ve detaylı. binanın girişi, zemini, bulunduğu konum son derece nezih ve güvenli oğlumla seyahat ettiğim için gündüz benim iş sürecimde kendisi tertemiz bir havuzu kullandı. Açık ve kapalı olmak üzere iki havuz mevcut. Evde kurutma makinesinin kurutma topuna, şemsiyeyi, baston bebek arabasına, çamaşır bulaşık şampuan aklınıza gelebilecek bir evde neye ihtiyaç varsa Nilüfer hanım bunların hepsini özenli ve üst kalitede sağlamakta. Kendisine her an ulaşabilmek, kişisel ve ev kullanımında yaşanılabilecek tüm acemiliği öngörüsüyle ortadan kaldırıyor. Ev Bomonti adanın tam karşısı ve çok sessiz. 🍀🍀🍀

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Absolutely stunning stay! The apartment looks exactly like the photos — spacious, airy, and beautifully styled. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. Located in one of the most exciting parts of Istanbul, it offers easy access to everything you might want to explore. The central location does come with some city noise, but that’s all part of the energy and vibrancy of Istanbul. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more!

Nagyszerű szálláshely, csak ajánlani tudom! Nagyon közel a központhoz, tömegközlekedési eszközökhöz, de ha az ember szeret kicsit sétálni, 1 órán belül gyalog is eléri a legfőbb nevezetességeket. A lakás tiszta, a leírásnak megfelel. A lépcsőházban a 108 lépcsőfokot is simán ki lehet bírni, még egy 20 kg-os bőrönddel is. Cihan nagyon kedves, segítőkész, minden üzenetre szinte azonnal reagál! Az ágy matraca nagyon kényelmes, nagyon jókat aludtunk benne. A mosógép és szárítógép nagyon hasznos volt és a vízszűrőt is rendszeresen használtuk. Hétvégén a szemben lévő épületekben bulik vannak hétvégén, de az ablakok becsukásával a hang minimalizálható és hajnal 2 órakor meg is szűnik a zaj. Ha negatívumot kéne említenem akkor az ágykeret nyikorgását és a kevés rakodóhelyet említeném. Az ágy matraca nagyon jó, de ha az ember megmozdul, akkor nagyon nyikorog. Sajnos csak egy fiók volt, ahova a ruháink egy részét be tudtuk tenni. De ezek a problémák elhanyagolhatóak!

المسكن كان في غاية الروعة و الاطلاله على البسفور لا تقارن باي مكان اخر في اسطنبول ، كانت تجربة جميلة ، السكن يقع بالدور الرابع يوجد مصعد المبنى هادئ و المنطقة هادئة ولكن تقع على منحدر ويوجد قبل المصعد ٦ درجات ،، في النهاية انصح بها وبشدة و ساعيد التجربة

This is an excellent 5-star apartment! The host was very helpful, responsive and made our check-in process very clear. The apartment was clean & tidy, and had supplies for washing dishes, washing clothes and shampoo & shower gel. The washing machine & dryer worked perfectly and were very handy during our stay. The apartment has two bedrooms with air conditioning units as well as an ac unit in the living room. They all work extremely well and kept us cool during our stay (June 2025). The view from the living room is spectacular! Most days we ate our breakfast the kitchen counter and just gazed out at the Bosphorus; the view makes this apartment a one-of-a-kind property! You can walk up some stairs (lots of cats) and be in a buzzing district with cafes & restaurants & a big Carrefour grocery store. Most days we walked down the hill to use the tram to get around and then at the end of the day we took the funicular up to Taksim and had a pleasant stroll to the apartment.

De plek is ideaal gelegen, vlakbij alle soorten openbaar vervoer: tram, meteo, veerboot en bus. Toffe buurt met de beste restaurants van de stad op wandelafstand. Mooie ingerichte studio, goed onderhouden. Niet ideaal als je zelf echt wil koken. Die mogelijkheden zijn beperkt en er is ook niet echt een tafel met stoelen om aan te zitten. Er is wel een gezellig salonnetje met goede tafeltjes en zetels. Op tv kan je netflix kijken, wifi is prima! Handig in en uit het gebouw en de studim met pincodes en kaart. Super handig! Ekin reageert snel!

Excellent and very responsive host... came personally to address some issues after we inform him of our difficulty. Location of apartment is excellent. Right next to Taksim Square, with very convenient subway, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby! Apartment was very comfortable, with sufficient amenities for all our needs.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

The place to stay, the man to know. Intending to visit his other locations. Great host and the location couldn’t be better! Though short, we felt right at home.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tarihi yapı ve müzelere sahip olan İstanbul kültür turizminin zirvesindedir. Ayrıca kendine özgü yemekleriyle ne zaman buraya gelsem doyamıyorum. Bu tatil hakikaten iyi geldi. Tarihi yarımadada Ayvansaray'da yer alan konak üç katlıdır. Kazasker İvaz Efendi Camii'ne çok yakın. Amenos -tarihi zindanlarıyla bilinir- yazısını bulun kapı şifresini girin. sonra kalacağınız binanın kapısındaki kutuya şifreyi yazın ve anahtarı alın. Çamaşır, kurutma, bulaşık makineleri ve televizyon var. Beş kişi rahatlıkla kaldık. Ev rahatlığında. Biz sabahları evde kahvaltıyı yapıp diğer öğünleri dışarıda yedik. İsterseniz tüm öğünleri evde hazırlayacak donanım vardır. Ev, Ayvansaray tramvay durağına çok yakın. Duraktan Eminönü 5-10 dakika sürüyor. Paranızı hak eden bir yer. Chris ve tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.

Un bon logement propre, tranquil, comme décrit dans les photos. Situé à 5 minutes de la place de taksim et 5 minutes de la station du métro M2. Hôte disponible toujours à l'écoute prêt à aider. Je le recommande vivement. Merci pour tout.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. C’est, sans aucun doute, l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour découvrir Istanbul. Je recommande vivement ! Brunet Jean Claude et Isabelle Mai 2

Una estadía agradable, y el apartamento muy limpio y estaba en un lugar céntrico, definitivamente volveríamos.

Secara menyeluruh kami menyukai dan menikmati tinggal di rumah ini. Tempat yang sangat strategis dan berpusat di kota Taksim yang memudahkan semua akses transportasi dan makanan. Selain itu banyak fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di dalamnya seperti mesin cuci, setrika, hairdryer, dll. Namun sayangnya microwave nya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik walaupun kami sudah mencoba mengikuti arahan dari pemilik. Aroma di kamar mandi kurang harum, tapi masih bersih dan airnya juga berfungsi dengan baik.

We had a fantastic stay at Aaron’s place just down the street from Galata Tower! The apartment was full of charm—beautifully designed with exposed brick, large windows, and lots of natural light. The location was perfect: walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transit, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Aaron was a responsive, professional, and friendly host—quick to help with any questions and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Zeer ruim appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers, keuken en leefruimte. Appartement is wel op 5 hoog. De trappen moet je erbij nemen. Om het appartement te bereiken moet je wel enkele heuvels op wat niet anders is dan de rest van Istanbul. Het appartement ligt in een de zeer gezellige omgeving van de galatatoren. Supermarkt om de hoek.

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.

A casa fica no bairro de Cihangir, bem próxima a Praça Taksim. Se você descer, tem acesso fácil a estação de Kabatas, com acesso ao bonde, funicular e ferries. Se você subir a rua, chega em frente a Praça Taksim, que tem o funicular que sobe de Kabatas, bonde que percorre a Avenida Istiklal, além do metrô. Tem alguns pequenos mercados e loja de frutas na rua da casa. E muitas cafeterias e restaurantes bem perto. São 3 andares e um porão. No porão há uma suíte completa com cozinha. No térreo é uma sala com TV e um espaço externo pequeno. No segundo andar é uma suíte completa e no quarto andar é uma cozinha e sala de TV super aconchegante, junto a varanda. Tudo novo, aconchegante, muito bem decorado, funcionando perfeitamente e de excelente qualidade. Minha única sugestão seria um corrimão nas escadas para dar mais segurança a pessoas com menos mobilidade.
