Modern, newly developed and clean apartment. Host service was amazing, went out of the way to provide us a baby cot even though it was not listed in the ad. And not just a travel cot but a proper full sized wooden baby cot. We had a very pleasant stay! Thank you

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

This place gave homey vibes and felt like a safe space. Great location for grocery stores, pharmacy and cafes which were only a few minutes away. A nearby trash can was available. Strong WiFi was extremely helpful. Ubers were able to spot the place and park in front of the entrance. We were lucky to find an elevator to carry our luggage and groceries to our apartment.

This is a truly lovely property—well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The host, Ebru, was exceptionally responsive to all our needs and questions. The property caretaker, Rasim, was incredibly kind and assisted with daily upkeep, making our stay even more comfortable. The living room opens to a charming small garden, and the walls are adorned with beautiful artwork. The rooms are brightly lit with ample storage space. A note for future guests: there’s a large park adjacent to the property, which is currently closed to the public. For those planning a longer stay, please be aware that the kitchen does not have an oven. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and will miss the warm hospitality of Ebru, the neighbours, and the delightful ambience of the place.

The environment near the apartment is quite good, you can park, there are several supermarkets nearby.The room environment is the same as the photos.You can also watch Netflix.We stayed here for 2 days, the landlord was very kind and responded in a timely manner

This cozy apartment it's perfect for a relaxing yet fun trip to Istanbul. The house has everything needed inside, it's clean and bright, quite and very easy to access. Nearby you have all the fun places of Arnavutkoy, boat and bus station are just 3 minutes walking, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Ekin was a very nice and super responsive host even though we reached there in the first day of bayram, he was available to accomodate our needs. Really appreciate this cozy house and would think even to book it again in the future for longer stays.

We had a wonderful stay with Mr. Selim! We felt at home from the first moment. The accommodation was exactly as described in the pictures – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The restaurant was also very clean and the food was delicious, there was a lot of choice. I would like to particularly emphasize the friendly and helpful manner of Mr. Selim and his staff. He was always available, helped us immediately with questions and made sure that we felt completely comfortable. The location of the apartment was also great – quiet, but still central. I would highly recommend the place and would love to come back. Thank you, Mr. Selim!

This place is amazing! The view is breathtaking, the flat so spacious, the location ideal! Wow...what a find!

I really liked it, but there are too many stairs to get there. And the entrance hallway is a little dirty and dark. But inside the house everything is very neat, comfortable and quiet. There's more than you'd expect to find. I booked twice as I felt very comfortable in the place and the price is quite accessible and fair.

I rented this place for my family and we were all very pleased with our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, and has an amazing view of the Princes' Islands. Its seafront location is a big plus. We had a peaceful and relaxing experience in a quiet neighborhood. It’s just a short walk to Kartal Marmaray station and Ist Marina shopping mall, which was very convenient. Parking was not an issue at all. Our host, Mr. Kamal, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming — he helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I definitely recommend this place, especially for families.

It was perfect as always

A beautiful accommodation in a good location on foot are many restaurants and other shops within 5 minutes. No problems with parking or local connections. Rooms are 1:1 as shown in the pictures on site. We were even able to watch dolphins from the balcony one morning! An absolute recommendation for staying in Istanbul. It was a wonderful time thanks to this great location.

My family and I were extremely happy with the place. The sea view was a dream and the apartment corresponded to the pictures. You could reach everything super well by car and also by ferry from Sarıyer port, which was close to the apartment, everything was super accessible. Zafer Bey was a good host and was always quickly available. He always had a solution to any problems that arose. Our check-in and check-out went super easy and smoothly through the guidance of Zafer Bey. On the whole, I can only recommend this apartment. Every cent was worth it!!!

The entrance and exit to the place is very comfortable, the room I stayed in was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Mr. Emre is a very kind and caring host, he responds very quickly and is very solution-oriented. He never disappointed me. Thanks to him. This is my only address when I need to stay in the Ataşehir area. :)

it was a good experience in Lighthouse, amiable people.. good area, specially the swimming pool it was very nice, also the personal in the restaurant was very nice.
