There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

Everything was as seen in the photos, there were refreshments in the mini fridge and enough facilities to brew tea. I was satisfied

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

It was a very safe and comfortable stay for us, we can definitely consider choosing it again…

Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.

Airbnb's place is very nice, 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, the house was very nice, clean, as in the photos, and the interior was also attentive. Mr. Murat was also very interested 🙏🏻

Check-in was easy as we found the host waiting for us with his nice mother, the house was also wonderful with a beautiful view, it just lacked air conditioning, we felt hot during the sunny day, otherwise everything was beautiful, thank you very much

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! It was a comfortable guesthouse for us. The house was very clean, including the bathroom. Our communication and check-in were smooth. The location of the house is really nice, within walking distance to the beach or the active locations of the city. It has become a place we will prefer again.

One of the few times the house exceeded my expectations. It is better than the photos! The host’s attention to detail is excellent. Everything worked like clockwork (smart house). Everything you could think of was available and usable. The host made sure nothing was missing… The gardens are extra spacious and very well kept, the view was beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable, the BBQ was.. well, I’ll let the next guest be surprised 😉. What else can I say: the best AirBnb experience I’ve had so far! Get lots of food stuff and relax for a few days.. it is perfect for that

This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in this neighborhood—and we’ve tried five others before! Our host, Zafer, was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and always responsive. The apartment has absolutely breathtaking views—our visiting friends were speechless when they saw them! The location is perfect: just a 5–8 minute walk to the Bosphorus, where you can enjoy fishing, running, walking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the water. There are fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots nearby, and a grocery store just 30 seconds away (they even deliver!). Our kids loved the place, and we felt right at home. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Located in a good neighborhood with various chain stores nearby. Another advantage is the short distance to all types of transport. Orhan turned out to be a very hospitable person who clearly and quickly answered all questions. The apartment is very cozy, and I would like to return again.
