We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — just a 5 to 7 minute walk to Taksim Square, which makes it easy to access the metro and bus system. From Taksim, you can take the funicular down to Kabataş and hop on the T1 tram (at Kabatas) to reach key tourist sites like the Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Gulhane Park. You can also take a ferry to the Asian side (Üsküdar and Kadikoy) from Kabatas. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind, responsive, and great with communication. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay — we would definitely recommend it!

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

Mr. Yaşar is a great host, very understanding and caring. I felt right at home. The house is spacious and cozy and very convenient. I felt very comfortable. Easy to get to anywhere. It has a balcony and is very spacious. Great use of shower, warm nest. Thank you so much Mr. Yasar for everything.(You can keep this house with peace of mind for those who want to keep it.)

It was an amazing place—super close to everywhere we wanted to go, very clean, and very comfy. The living room was small, but we didn’t mind much. They were super helpful with everything. I’d say it’s manageable with 4 people, but if there are more, one bathroom might not be feasible. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly like the photos. We had to book last minute as our reserved accommodation let us down and Edis was so helpful and responsive! It was a huge relief to find somewhere so comfortable. Lovely to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. The place was really nice and clean. It's located close to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Despite the central location, the apartment has good soundproof. Also, there is a conditioner inside which is important for someone who don't like heat. Turgay was very helpful. I got responses to my messages within 5 minutes. He was flexible with a check in and provided useful information about the area and the city.

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.
