Ground floor: living room, kitchen and shower room/separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Pleasant terrace, enclosed garden, garden shed and private parking. Access to shops 1.5 km by road or bike path.

Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Small 35 m2 detached house open in living and rest area, equipped kitchen at the back of the room, separate toilet and shower. Cottage adjoining a typical farmhouse of the area. Quiet, located close to the city center (2-min walk) and all these amenities. Ideal for couples, including with baby, accessible for people with reduced mobility, except electric wheelchair. Pets allowed, on a leash when outside. Towels and sheets are provided. Toilet and kitchen products.

Roulotte au coeur de l'Anjou

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

Pavilion on the banks of the Loire between Angers and Saumur

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!
