Additional amenities include a washing machine, a dryer, a TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, a private sauna is available on the property. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

Here you will find a paradise for relaxing, cycling, fishing or for tours to the nearby Netherlands. But you can also walk to nature in a few steps. We offer you an apartment on the upper floor of our single-family home.

Come and "live in Valthe" with us, enjoy our cozy guesthouse "Liv". The guesthouse was completely newly built in 2019 and is modernly furnished. It has its own terrace in the adjacent garden. All practical and luxurious things that you can expect as a guest are provided. You can park your car in front of the residence.
