Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area. The Chêne Couché cottage is close to the Arjuzanx Nature Reserve and its lake (3 km) and the most beautiful beaches of the South Atlantic (Mimizan 45 km away). You will appreciate its large 4 ha park with its deer, its brightness, its comfort (total refurbishment), the calm and serenity of the Landes forest, the surrounding markets. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo travelers and four-legged friends. Choice of bedding: 1 bed of 160 or 2 beds of 90.

This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Secure parking on site. Baby bed.

Our mill along the water

Our old water mill has been rehabilitated into a dwelling house. With its independent entrance, its large windows have a breathtaking view of a green setting that will delight you! It is composed of 2 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher etc. You can enjoy the beautiful covered terrace and in the summer you can swim in the river!
