House located in a charming little quiet and pleasant village 7 km from the Lion of Angers and 8 km from Segré on the Angers Rennes axis. Nearby greenways and walks along the towpath. Guaranteed soothing stay, for business or leisure travel. Accommodation of 80 m², independent, complete, refurbished, can accommodate up to 6 people, with 1 floor. Two cats share the environment, which is why other animals are not allowed. No smoking. No parties allowed.

The very high standing apartment is located out of sight, in a former mansion, in the heart of the historic center of the city of Angers, close to Place Imbach (former Place des Halles) and Notre-Dame des Victoires church. The place was designed as a relaxing, rejuvenating and subtly immersive place in the historic atmosphere of Angers. You have all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: Premium bedding, Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, Coffee…

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As one can say "small but cute" , indeed it is a one-room studio equipped with a 140x 90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
